Gerald Chew is an affiliated Managing Director and has executive level operations and strategy experience for software, information services, processing and manufacturing companies.

He has an outstanding record of building, managing and leading high-performance teams focused on results. He has held leadership roles for private and public companies with direct responsibility for over $800 MM in revenue to leading a private equity led consolidation roll-up.

As a consultant with Arthur D. Little and a leader in the corporate strategy organizations of Raychem Corporation and U S WEST, Jerry is formally trained in corporate strategy, business strategy and enterprise transformation. As a board member of two public companies, he has twice been requested by other members of the board to step into a full-time role to lead a turn-around situation.

Jerry received his Bachelor of Science in Microwave, Solid State and Quantum Electronics from the University of California at Davis and his Masters of Business Administration at The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
