Tax litigation services at Caliber Advisors, Inc., are spearheaded by seasoned valuation analysts and expert witnesses with decades of experience in working on Federal income and estate tax matters. We have extensive expertise in analyzing valuation and economic issues and establishing fair market value and arm’s-length pricing measures.

We are very familiar with the techniques and conventions of the analyses used in tax court, and while we appreciate that there are times to “keep it simple,” we also understand the occasional need for new and innovative techniques. For each analysis, we carefully consider our audience and how best to present opinions to attorneys, appeals officers, and judges.

We have substantial experience in addressing tax disputes during examinations, appeals, and litigation. We know how the system works at each level and can bring valuable insight as to how a case might develop through the dispute process.
