Paul Sandhu, LL.B.

Paul Sandhu has consulted or been retained as an expert witness on transfer pricing, damages, corporate valuation and other matters. He has managed more than 100 cases on behalf of clients such as the Department of Justice, Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, Massachusetts Department of Revenue, North Carolina Department of Justice, the Canadian Department of Justice and numerous law firms and corporate clients.

Mr. Sandhu’s areas of expertise include: the valuation of assets, companies and securities; transfer pricing; damages analysis (in securities class action and other litigation); and the assessment of economic substance and business purposes in the context of corporate reorganizations and other transactions.

Mr. Sandhu has over 10 years of litigation consulting and valuation experience. Mr. Sandhu was a Senior Economist at LECG. His other professional experience includes tax consulting for KPMG and practicing law. He possesses a B.A. Economics, Cum Laude, and LL.B. (Commonwealth equivalent of J.D.) from Dalhousie University and an M.P.P. from U.C. Berkeley.
