Allen Shen has over eight years of consulting experience in the areas of accounting, finance, and economics. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, securities litigation, mutual fund market timing, litigation damage estimation, option backdating, purchase price allocation and intangible asset valuation.
He possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills, and has designed sophisticated models to address complex issues.
In 2004, Mr. Shen received an MBA from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. Mr. Shen has also been conferred the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst by the CFA Institute.
Mr. Shen was born in Shanghai, China, and is fluent in both Mandarin and Shanghainese. He recently moved back to his hometown of Shanghai to bring his experience and expertise to the local consulting market in China.
